Please include: your full name, mobile number, email ID, folio number or PAN (if available), a brief description of the issue, the date it occurred, and any supporting documents or screenshots.
Note:
We assist investors in drafting and filing escalations to AMCs/Registrars and on SEBI SCORES when required.
You may also access the SEBI Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) Portal at smartodr.in, per SEBI circular SEBI/HO/OIAE/OIAE_IAD-1/P/CIR/2023/131 dated July 31, 2023.

What we do, And By When
- Acknowledgement: We acknowledge your complaint in writing within 3 working days of receipt and provide a complaint reference number.
- Assessment & Registration: Your complaint is recorded in our Complaints Register, categorised, and assigned to the Grievance Redressal Officer.
- Coordination: Where the AMC or Registrar is involved, we coordinate with them on your behalf and keep you informed of the progress.
- Resolution: We aim to resolve your complaint and provide a written response within 15 working days of receipt, on a best-effort basis.
- Closure: The complaint is closed in our records after the written response has been provided.
- Further Escalation: If your complaint remains unresolved for one month, you may refer the matter to SEBI SCORES.
All complaints are recorded and tracked until closure.
